The unit went together easy and is very satisfactory. Quiet, Smooth and the Mode Dial works fine. So far I am completely satisfied and feel I have made an investment in my future good health. My Knees are already feeling more flexible and less painful than before I started using this unit. There was a fairly decent size hole in the box. I've inspected all my equipment and noticed that the bike's plastic frame does not fully lock in place so there's a small 1mm gap between the lines. I thought it wasn't a problem so I assembled it anyway. It took me about an hour and an half to finish it. The most trouble I had was connecting the tension cord and which I thought it was too short to lock in place. I realized that the tension knobs needs to be adjusted to 1 which lengthens the cable and makes it easier to lock it. This wasn't explained in the instructions manual. After assembling everything together, I tried out the bike and it didn't feel stable. Even though it has a quiet operation during pedaling, the bike had rocking issues.
